Transwest: Project Coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Greeley, CO posted September 11, 2020.

Job Description**PLEASE NOTE: This position is located in Fort Lupton, CO*** Summit Bodyworks is a premier manufacturer within both the Specialty Vehicle and Truck & Van Body industries.

Our business continues to actively grow and were currently looking for top-notch candidates who want to join a great team.

We are currently looking to hire a Project Coordinator that will work closely within our Program Management team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting program management with BOM refinement, part number creation, and data entry into the ERP system.

Work closely with program management and design engineering to interpret build drawings and generate parts lists.

Work closely with program management to update data entry for communication tools such as Smart Sheets.

Perform functions and duties of the job that may require additional or different tasks to be performed when circumstances change (i.E., schedule adjustments, change orders, etc).

Other duties as assigned by Program Management.

Work with the team on continual improvements to maximize space and minimize damage.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.

Requires the ability to read and analyze various printed and electronic reports, computer terminal screens; etc.

Work with the teamon continual improvements to maximize space and minimize damage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects actively being managed.

Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.

Ability to communicate by providing verbal and written feedback in a professional manner.

Requires normal range of hearing and vision.


Valid Driver’s License with good standing MVR.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Must be able to read and interpret internal documentation and drawings.

Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in a related field is a plus.

Previous experience working with ERP / Planning systems (ie: Rootstock, Agile, SAP).

Result Driven High Proficiency with computer programs such as spreadsheets, cloud-based software solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical, and drug screen.
